I've bought several items from North Road, including a Pashley bike. Gilbert is a great guy and knowledgeable about bikes that don't involve racing and spandex. It's nice to finally find a bike shop that doesn't think everyone riding a bike is interested in racing. I was very pleased with all my purchases here.
